Use

The Properties tab page shows you the header data of the request or task. This includes a short description, the owner of the request or task, its status, the date and time at which it was last changed, the source client, and the transport target. You can also see whether the request is assigned to a project, and whether the request has any attributes assigned to it.

Note

The properties of a task are the same as those of the request, but without a project assignment, target system, and attributes. These properties are specific to the request and cannot be changed for the task.

Only Workbench and Customizing requests have attributes.

 

Prerequisites

You are in the request editor and have chosen the Properties tab page.

Procedure

On this tab page you can edit the short description, the project assignment, the target system, and the attributes of the change request.

To edit the properties, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose Display <-> Change. You can edit the fields Short Description, Project and Target.
  2. Enter data as required.
  3. Save your entries.

Note

If the request is assigned to a project, it is given the attribute SAP_CTS_PROJECT in the background.

 

To edit the attributes of the change request, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose Display <-> Change. You can now edit the attributes table.
