The Overview view provides a quick overview of your custom developments. It allows you to directly access the most important views. The overview is organized according to the views of the application and important information is grouped together.

Prerequisites

  • Analysis area: This information is only displayed if a BW system was integrated and configured as part of the Customizing project.

Procedure

In this view, the following applies to all groups:

  • The number beside the group is the number of objects in the group.

  • A link allows you to directly access the selected view and group.

The overview encompasses the following areas:

Settings

The following groups are displayed:

  • My Systems - <my solution>: The systems in the solution selected in the settings view are displayed.

  • All Systems - All Solutions

  • My Active Systems - <my solution>: The active systems in the solution selected in the settings view are displayed.

  • All Active Systems

    An active system can have one of the following statuses:

    Green LED indicator (Green LED indicator)

    All data collectors are scheduled and there are no errors.

    Yellow LED indicator (Yellow LED indicator)

    At least one data collector is not yet scheduled.

    Red LED indicator (Red LED indicator)

    At least one data collector has terminated.

Libraries

The following groups are displayed:

  • Active Library: An active library has been uploaded to the application.

  • Inactive Libraries: You can also upload inactive libraries to the application.

Objects

The following groups are displayed:

  • Custom Code Objects: These are created in the connected systems and are collected by the data collectors and the active library definition.

  • Custom Code Duplicates: Duplicates of custom objects that were created in the connected systems and collected with the active library definition. Duplicates are custom objects with the same name that exist in at least one other system.

  • Contracts: Objects of the type contract that were created in the application.

  • Owners: Objects of the type owner that were created in the application.

Analyses

There are predefined analyses for used, unused and new objects.
