You download the project structure or a roadmap into MS Project to plan your project using the data in the project structure or roadmap.
MS Project is installed on your local computer.
You have created a project structure in the Business Blueprint phase or called a roadmap. You are in the Business Blueprint transaction or the structure view of a roadmap.
You have created at least one structure element with data, at the lowest level, under each structure element in the Business Blueprint, so that the data is displayed correctly in MS Project.

1. If you are in the Business Blueprint transaction, choose Business Blueprint → Download to MS Project.
If you are in the structure view of a roadmap, choose Roadmap → Download → MS Project Version.
2. Choose a folder for the file, in the following dialog box, and change the file name if required.
3. Save.
4. Confirm the following system message with Continue.
The project structure or the roadmap is generated as an .mpx file and displayed in MS Project. You can now save the file in .mpp format and edit it.
Make the following settings in MS Project, so that it displays all required fields after you have downloaded a roadmap or a project structure:

1. Define a user display table with View → Table → Other Tables... → New.
2. Create one or more of the following fields for the display table, as required:
