You want an overview of the existing job requests. The job request overview shows a selection of the job requests in a personal object worklist (POWL). You can restrict this selection using your selection criteria. You can also create and edit job requests.
You have made the required settings in Customizing for SAP Solution Manager under
.You have opened the Job Management work center.
To call up the job request overview, choose the Job Request view.
Selecting Job Requests
Choose Display Quick Criteria Maintenance.
Use selection criteria to specify which job requests are to be displayed in the list.
Choose Copy.
The system lists all job requests that match your selection criteria.
Editing CRM Documents
To display the document linked to a job request (for example, a change request or support message), click a link in the CRM Document column. The system opens the CRM client for further processing.

You approve the job request, for example, or create job documentation for the job request.

Updating the List of Job Requests
Choose Update.
The system displays the current data along with the update time for the selected job requests.
Displaying Job Requests
Click one of the job links in the Job Request column.
The system displays the relevant job request.
Changing Job Requests
Select a line in the overview.
Choose
.The system opens the selected job request in change mode.
