You can assign documents that are important for approval or further processing to requests for change and change documents. You can branch directly to document processing and use the functions of document management.
You perform the settings for documents in Customizing for SAP Solution Manager under

You assign documents in the Documents assignment block. The following functions are available:
Add documents using the search help
You can select documents that belong to the assigned project or define your own selection criteria for documents.
Edit the document in the editor
Delete the assignment
