This query contains the average total processing time and working time, in days, by priority. The default transaction type filter refers to the transaction types configured in the Solution Manager configuration for reporting problem messages. The default system status of a messag is Released (I1004), Finished (I1008) and Completed (I1005), so the query only outputs completed messages. A Top 5 condition, which is intially inactive, is preconfigured. If you activate, the top 5 values of the query key figures are output.
