Current Number of Open IN Problem Messages

Query Query: 0SPR_WTQ_IN_T_OPEN_TICKETS

This query gives you an overview of the number of currently open messages, listed by priority and category level. You can use other attributes as well as priority and category, for display and filter selection. The default restrictions refers to the procedure type (here: incident message) and the system status of the problem messages (here: open). You can display the first 5 incident messages directly, with a default condition.
