Procedure documentation Deleting a Request from the Import Queue  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

In exceptional cases, you may have to delete a change request from the import queue so that the request is not imported into the target system.

If you delete change requests from the import queue, inconsistencies may occur during the next import due to shared objects.

Example

You delete request 1 containing a data element. It is not imported.

In request 2, you transport a table that references this data element.

Since the referenced data element does not exist in the target system, there is an activation error when request 2 is imported.

Procedure

To delete a request from the import queue:

  1. Call transaction STMS.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. The import overview appears.
  3. Position the cursor on the SAP System from whose import queue you want to delete the request.
  4. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. The import queue of the selected SAP System appears.
  5. Position the cursor on the request to be deleted.
  6. Choose Request ® Delete.
  7. Confirm the prompt.

Result

The request is deleted from the import queue and the display is refreshed.
