Removing the Assignment of a cProjects Project to a Project Cycle 

Use

You have assigned a cProjects project to a project cycle; however, you now want to assign it to a different one. First you must remove the current link between the project and the project cycle.

When you assign the project to a different project cycle, the phase and status of the project remain unchanged. This could cause inconsistencies in the phases between the project and the new project cycle

Prerequisites

You have assigned a cProjects project to a project cycle.

Procedure

 

       1.      Call transaction /TMWFLOW/MAINTINST.

       2.      Select the relevant tab page (Maintenance Cycles, Implementation Projects, Template Projects, or Upgrade Projects).

       3.      Open a task list by clicking it.

       4.      Choose Remove cProjects project from <project type>.
