Procedure

  1. In the Technical Administration work center, choose Notification Management.

  2. To maintain recipient lists, choose Recipient Lists.

  3. To view the recipient lists, select a location.

  4. To add distribution lists from the mail server, do the following:

    1. Choose Add Exchange Server Distribution Lists.

    2. In the Add Distribution Lists window, add the distribution list.

      The distribution lists are copied as recipient lists in Notification Management. The recipients in the distribution list are added as external recipients to the global recipient pool. The recipient lists (distribution lists) in Notification Management are automatically updated, regularly.

  5. To create a recipient list, do the following:

    1. Choose Create.

    2. In the Create Recipient List window, enter the required data.

  6. To add recipients or recipient lists to a recipient list, do the following:

    1. Select the target recipient list.

    2. Choose Add Recipients/Recipient Lists.

    3. In the Add Recipients/Recipient Lists window, add the source recipients or recipient lists.

  7. To prevent notifications to a recipient list, deactivate the recipient list.
