Use

Once a task is scheduled, you can change its start time and date, or you can delete it.

Deleted tasks can be reactivated.

 

Changing a Task Start Time

...

       1.      Go to the To do view.

       2.      Double-click the icon in the Attributes column.

A dialog box is displayed. A dialog box is displayed, showing attributes that were defined when the task was created.

       3.      Choose Display <-> Change.

       4.      Change the task start time and date in the Task Scheduling section.

       5.      Choose Continue and confirm your changes.

The task is now scheduled for the new time. It will be processed when the task processor job runs after the specified start time.

 

Deleting a Task

...

       1.      Go to the To do view.

       2.      Select the row of the task to be deleted.

       3.      Choose Delete.

The task is deactivated and moved to the Deleted view.

 

Reactivating a Task

Deleted tasks can be reactivated. You may want to reactivate a deleted task if it was deleted by accident.

...

       1.      Go to the Deleted view.

       2.      Select the row of the task to be reactivated.

       3.      Choose Edit Reactivate.

A dialog box is displayed.

       4.      Confirm your entries.

The task is moved to the To do view. A reactivated icon will be displayed in the Task icon column. You may need to adjust the task date and time.
