 Display of Archived Benefits Catalog Items

Use

You can view archived benefits catalog items in one of the following ways:

  • by means of the Archive Explorer (transaction SARI)

    Here you can view the data that has been archived for each table.

  • by means of the Archiving Engine (transaction AR_ENGINE)

    Proceed as follows:

    1. On the Archiving Engine screen, choose the Benefits Catalog archiving scenario.

    2. Set the Display indicator.

    3. Choose Execute (Execute).

      The system navigates to the SAP Claims Management application (see next list point).

      The Archive Explorer and Archiving Engine provide you with the information structure SAP_ICLSC so that you can make your selection.

  • in SAP Claims Management (transaction ICLSCT03)

    You can view the archived benefits catalog items in display mode (transaction ICLSCT03). The title line contains the addition “Archived”.

    The following applies:

    • You cannot switch from an archived benefits catalog item to processing mode.

    • You cannot navigate from an archived benefits catalog item to any dependent objects from other systems.
