You can use the business function Simplified Management of EAM Functions 6
(LOG_EAM_SIMPLICITY_6
) while editing maintenance orders and maintenance notifications on the SAP Web UI for Plant Maintenance to set the user status for operations and tasks directly in the quickview. When changing an order operation or a notification task, you can see a quickview with a list of all the user statuses contained in the status profile by hovering over the table column User Status
with your mouse. You can choose and assign the appropriate user statuses in this list. The system immediately updates the User Status
column with the status changes you make in the quickview. If you open the order or the notification in display mode, the quickview displays both the technical abbreviations and the descriptions for all the user statuses that have already been set.

and in the notification on the tab page Task Data
. The user statuses that are currently set are displayed in the table column.
You can also display this new table column independently of the business function by implementing the SAP note 2148810.

prefaces the name of the status in the list.
Note
You can only change the user status for operations and tasks in the quickview if you have made the required settings for displaying quickviews. You can find the prerequisites for displaying quickviews under Quickviews.
