If for example a technical malfunction means that the external system (MDUS system) cannot send any meter reading results in conjunction with meter reading requests, meter reading results have to be read by a meter reader. You now therefore have the option of using the transaction Display Meter Reading Order (transaction EL35) to print or download AMI meter reading orders.

To do so, in the AMI-Specific Data group box in the field AMI MR Orders choose the new option Print/Download. This means that all AMI meter reading orders are displayed. The AMI meter reading requests are displayed on the basis of your entries in the Form Type group box. The system automatically includes AMI meter reading orders with the following transfer statuses in the selection:
