Integration of Quality Notification with Advanced Returns Management

You can use this function to create a returns order in Advanced Returns Management for quality notifications with the origin Customer Complaint (notification type Q1 in the standard system), display a created returns order, and open the returns overview in Advanced Returns Management. The quality notification is visible in the document flow of the returns order in Advanced Returns Management and is also displayed in the returns overview in Advanced Returns Management.

The following new follow-up functions are available in the quality notification action box:
