You are using Public Sector Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
(IS-PS-CA
).
The business function set Public Services has been activated.
You have activated the following business function:
You have configured the processes that you want to use in Public Sector Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
in Customizing. For more information about the system settings required for this business function, see the function release notes.
You can archive the headers and histories of installment plans.
In addition, the following archiving objects were integrated with SAP NetWeaver ILM:
FI_MKKIPH
(Entries from installment plan headers and histories)
FI_MKKORDR
(Requests)
FI_MKKCOLL
(Collection agency)
FI_MKKSUM
(Reconciliation key)
If you have configured SAP NetWeaver ILM and one of the mentioned archiving objects accordingly, the write program that generates the archive files displays the ILM Actions
group box. There you can choose one of the radio buttons to archive or destroy data.
You can analyze unbilled items in Convergent Invoicing in your ERP system.
The data is retrieved using database views that are generated by ABAP Core Data Services (ABAP CDS). For the analysis, you can use database view /1FE/24BITUNINV
. The database view considers the following billable item statuses:
Raw
(0)
Billable
(2)
Billed
(4) (Not Yet Invoiced)
In the transaction for creating and changing billable items (FKKBIXBIT_CWB
), you can also process items of those billable item classes, for which you have not generated a maintenance dialog.
The static division of the screen in a header area and detail area was replaced with a dynamic screen arrangement that you can adjust to your individual needs.
The same adjustments were made for the transaction for creating and changing consumption items (FKKBIXCIT_CWB
).
In the interests of efficient data storage and distribution, you can, in an integrated scenario with SAP ERP, SAP Customer Relationship Management, and SAP Convergent Charging, replicate all you customer master data (business partner, contract account, prepaid account and provider contract) jointly to SAP Convergent Charging (CC system).
Even if the payment amount is less than the amount entered in the payment order, you can process the payment order lot automatically.
It could be the case that a very large number of consumption items is to be rated for a business partner and you want to rate the consumption as total consumption. During rating, this can lead to bottlenecks pertaining to the required working memory and the data volume to be exchanged with the rating system. To avoid bottlenecks, you can aggregate the consumption items of a business partner before rating takes place, and then rate the aggregate.
During rating, you can either have the aggregates available virtually, or you can save them to the database. Saving them is particularly recommended, if not all consumption items of a business partner can be loaded to the working memory at the same time, due to system limitations.
In the standard system, the aggregation of consumption items and the rating of the aggregates resulting from them takes place in a single rating run. However, you have the option of decoupling these steps and rating the aggregates later in a subsequent rating run. You choose this separation of the steps in transaction FKKBIX_RATE_M
by choosing the appropriate level of processing.
You can use real-time payments when payments are initiated externally (such as on a Web interface) to forward the payment data directly to the bank and handle the immediate bank confirmation.
