Creating a Claim from a Claim Bundle
Use
When you are processing a claim bundle, you can also create a claim .
Prerequisites
You have saved the claim bundle.
You are in change mode of the claim bundle.
Procedure
On the
Assigned Claims
tab page, choose
with the quick info text
Create Claim
. The
Create New Claim
screen appears.
Enter the required data and choose
Continue

Result
The system automatically assigns the new claim to the claim bundle and displays it in the
Assigned Claims
section.
Initially the new claim has a provisional claim number (with ## as the prefix). As soon as you save the claim bundle, the system assigns the final claim number.
You can then navigate to claims processing and enter the claim data.
