Archiving

You can archive the headers and histories of installment plans.

In addition, the following archiving objects were integrated with SAP NetWeaver ILM:

FI_MKKIPH (Entries from installment plan headers and histories)
FI_MKKORDR (Requests)
FI_MKKCOLL (Collection agency)
FI_MKKSUM (Reconciliation key)

If you have configured SAP NetWeaver ILM and one of the mentioned archiving objects accordingly, the write program that generates the archive files displays the ILM Actions group box. There you can choose one of the radio buttons to archive or destroy data.
