Display of Recently Processed Claim Bundles

On the initial screen for claim bundle display or claim bundle change you can view a list of the claim bundles that were last processed. In this list the system displays the claim bundles that a user last worked on in chronological order. From this list, you can navigate to processing of the relevant claim bundle.

The system displays a maximum of 25 such claim bundles.

In the list, a maximum of one business partner is displayed per claim bundle. Which business partner is displayed depends on the claim bundle type:

Multiple Contract Handling: Policyholder, insured person, other business partner
Collective Invoice: Payee, service provider, invoicer, other business partner
Other claim bundle types: First business partner found

Prerequisites

In the Business Data Toolset (BDT) definition of the initial screen, you have assigned view ICLE0A (List of Recently Processed Claim Bundles) to the relevant claim bundle type.
