 Additional Fields in Orders and Task Lists (Web UI)

 

You can use this product feature to display additional fields at operation level in maintenance orders and task lists on the SAP Web UI for Plant Maintenance. Up to now, you could only display user fields you defined in Customizing in the corresponding SAP GUI transactions. With this product feature, you can now show these additional fields in order operations and task list operations while working on the Web UI.

Effects on Existing Data

When you open maintenance orders, general maintenance task lists, and technical object task lists on the SAP Web UI for Plant Maintenance, there is a new tab page called Additional Fields in the Operation Details of the Operation Data tab. If you select a field key on this new tab page, the system displays the fields that you defined in Customizing for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service under Start of the navigation path Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists and PRTs Next navigation step Task Lists Next navigation step Operation Data Next navigation step Define User Fields End of the navigation path.

Note Note

If you want to display additional fields in the operation data, implement SAP Note 2110216Information published on SAP site. In addition, you must activate the additional function User Fields for Operations in Web Dynpro (OPER_USR) in Customizing for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service under Start of the navigation path System Enhancements and Data Transfer Next navigation step Activate Functions for Enterprise Asset Management End of the navigation path.
