You can use this iView to manage orders for spare parts:
You can create orders with different order types (inlcuding return orders) and change, copy, delete, and simulate orders. You can also print order confirmations and save orders in XML format.
If you create orders for spare parts that belong to a supersession chain (supersession parts), in this iView the system replaces the spare parts originally requested with the subsequent parts of the chain. For more information about material substitution, see Supersession (back-end system).
You can cancel orders with a rejection reason.
You can create order items using predefined templates that contain the materials and quantities.
You can also create and delete templates. You can select order items from a catalog and create them.
The data is displayed in a table for each item (such as material, order quantity, delivery date, plant, storage location). You can also display the schedule lines, pricing, ship-to address, invoice address, invoices, and deliveries for a specific order. To do so, choose the appropriate tab page.
