As of SAP enhancement package 7 SP 06 for SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-APPL 617
), business function EHS - Continuous Improvements for Product Safety

), the following new functions are available in the Specification Management

Maintain UUID for Contributing Scenarios
In the substance workbench transaction (CG02
), a new Generate UUID
pushbutton is available on the Identifiers
tab page for the following specification types:
Contributing Scenario Environment (

)
The UUID (Universal Unique Identifier) uniquely defines a contributing scenario.
Maintain UUID and Date Timestamp for Exposure Scenarios
In the Substance Workbench
transaction (CG02
), the new pushbuttons Generate UUID
and Generate Date Timestamp
are available on the Identifiers
tab page for the following specification type:
Exposure Scenario Header Data (
ES_HEAD
)
The UUID (Universal Unique Identifier) defines, together with the date timestamp, the version of an exposure scenario so that the exposure scenario can be identified uniquely.
