This function now also provides you with structured facts capture in the claim bundle category Multiple Contract Handling. Structured facts capture allows you to enter additional data when processing claim bundles.

Consider the following limitation: If a BRFplus action has been defined for an answer in structured facts capture, this is not called for claim bundles. If a function module for a plausibility check on user-defined texts has been defined for an answer (data element BSFC_CHECK_FUNCTION), this is called.

In Customizing for Claims Management under Start of the navigation path Claim Next navigation step Structuring Business Processes Structured Facts Capture End of the navigation path , execute the following activities:

In Customizing activity Enhance Facts Capture Categories, create one or multiple facts capture categories. SAP provides the facts capture category MC (Multiple Contract Handling) as an example.
In Customizing activity Configure Structured Facts Capture, create a question sequence for facts capture category “Multiple Contract Handling” (such as MC). SAP provides the question sequence LA2 as an example.
