As of SAP enhancement package 7 for SAP ERP 6.0 SP06, you can use the new report for material bill of material (BOM), which uses the SAP HANA stored procedures for explosion. The report Dynamic SQL Generation for Parameter Effectivity can be used to generate SQLScript for parameter effectivity in BOM runtime objects, when there is a change in customizing. Only if this SQLScript is copied and activated in SAP HANA, the parameter effectivity feature is available.
