With this product feature you can attach files or enter a remark to a trade repository object (TARO) in the Monitor for Trade Repository Objects (transaction FTR_TARO_MONITOR).

  • You can attach manually files to a TARO. Mark the TARO in the list of TAROs and choose Files. Now choose Import (Import) to import the file.

    When you have attached a file to a TARO you see the icon in the new column Attachment.

  • You can also enter a short text (at most 50 characters) for a TARO. Mark the TARO in the list of TAROs and choose Remark and enter the text.

    You can see the remarks in the new column Remark. The remark is part of the adminstrative data of the TARO.

  • The new send date is available for a trade repository object. The send date is the date, when the TARO status switched to Send and the message has been created. The send date is available as selection option in the TARO monitor and also part of the administrative data of a TARO.
