You can output graphics from the user-defined texts for a value assignment type on a WWI report.
The
Document
indicator is set for a user-defined text type in the
Specify User-Defined Text Types
IMG activity and a specification category is assigned.
The file format that you want to use to upload the graphic is assigned to a workstation application in the
Define Workstation Application
IMG activity.
A document type for graphics is specified in the
Check Document Types and Document Statuses
IMG activity. The workstation application for the relevant file format that you want to use for the graphic is assigned to this document type.
The relevant graphic filters are installed in Microsoft Word.
The value GRAPHIC must be entered for the graphic data file-ending in the [DocumentTypes] section of the WWI.INI file, on the WWI server, and on the back-end computer.
You have created a report template.
You need the following construct to output the graphic on the WI report:
Repeating group over the characteristic
Subgroup for user-defined text, and then the
Symbol for start of user-defined text <01GESTDHEADE(;*)>
Example for color:
<11BRG000(M,SAP_EHS_1013_008;*)>
<11BRG001(S:FREI,GR;*)>
<01GESTDHEADE(;*)>
<11ERG001>
<11ERG000>
Load a graphic in the SAP system, from the
Display Document: Initial Screen
screen.
Choose the relevant document type and create a document. Create an original with the graphic for this document and store this in the SAP system.
In the relevant value assignment in the property tree, select the
User-Defined Text/Document
tab page.
