You publish pages to make their contents available to users at runtime. When changes are made to the contents of a page, you republish the page to update it at runtime. Users can only see pages at runtime if the area in which they are located has been connected to a role and published. For more information about publishing areas, see Publishing Areas .
To publish a page, select the page and choose
.
The page is published, unless an approval workflow has been set up for this page. In this case, an e-mail addressed to the defined approvers opens containing a link to the page. Enter a description of the page, or of any changes that you have made to the page, and send the e-mail. When the page is approved, it is published automatically. For more information about the approval workflow, see Creating an Approval Workflow .
You need to republish the page if you change any of its content.
