5 Minute Slot that Contains a Measured Value

Use
This characteristic contains information about the part of the full hour (in a 5 minute grid) in which a measured value was measured. The start of the time period is always specified in minutes after the previous full hour. Possible values are therefore 0, 5, 10, ... 55.
Example
If the measurement of the value was performed at the time 11:38:30, the measured value is in the five-minute area between 35 and 40 minutes after the full hour. The value of the 5 minute slot is therefore 35.
