striCmp Function
Purpose
Compares two strings for equality (case-insensitive).
Syntax
int striCmp (in string string1, in string string2)

Description
This function compares two strings for equality (case-insensitive).
Writing `toLower(a) == toLower(b)` is equivalent to calling `striCmp (a, b)`.
