Use

Extractor Features

Projects with Project Type attributes:
1. Inactive in Portfolio Management (PTEST)
2. Inactive in Capacity Management (NOCAP)

Will not be extracted to BW if both conditions are satisfied ( example: PTEST = 'X' AND CTEST = 'X').

PTEST = 'X' projects will be filtered out of all Portfolio Management reports.

CTEST = 'X' projects will be filtered out of all Capacity Management reports.

All projects meeting the extraction conditions in (1.) will be uploaded if the project has the following approval statuses:
1. Approval Status -> Approval Status Group = Active (2) .
2. b. Approval Status -> Approval Status Group = To be approved (Proposal) (4).

The following attribute will be set to distinguish Active vs. Proposed projects:

PROPOSED = ' ' --> Active projects

PROPOSED = 'X' --> Proposed projects

Customers have the option to filter out project proposals from reports.
