Reporting Suite: System Availability

This Web template is used in the context of the Reporting Suite. It displays the availability of one or all monitored systems. A system is regarded as available if the message server of the relevant system responds to the availability agent CCMSPING’s query and at least one application server is registered as active with the message server.
The Web template takes into account planned downtimes, which are displayed in a separate diagram, so that you can compare actual availabiklity with planned downtimes.

Note that this Web template is based on the data of the Central Performance History of the Monitoring Architecture. If you are using IT Performance Reporting in SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EhP 1, the relevant InfoCubes are no longer filled. As of this release, InfoCubes that are based on the extractor framework are used. In this case, the Web template IT Performance-Reports: System Availability is used instead.
