 Subordinate Service Loss Reasons

Use

Service loss analysis can determine subordinate service loss reasons for each service loss reason. The system divides the service loss quantity, which service loss analysis assigned to the service loss reason, between the subordinate service loss reasons. This enables you to have a more detailed reason for service loss.

Prerequisites

  • In Customizing for SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM), you have configured the following:

    • The subordinate service loss reasons for which service loss analysis is to check and for which service loss reasons

    • The sequence in which service loss analysis is to check the subordinate service loss reasons
