Integrating Web Sites in the Portal Navigation
of User Roles
To enable users in the portal to access a Web site, you have to integrate the Web site in question into the navigation structure of a portal role.
The administrator only has to do this once. If you later change the navigation and publish it again, the changes are visible in the portal immediately.
You are assigned to the content administrator role.
You have already published the Web site navigation. When you publish the navigation, the system generates the navigation.wpc file.

The Web Page Composer uses the URL generator service. If you want to make Web sites available externally, you have to specify a host that external users can reach in the URL generator service.
