Merchants are business users who create the various transactions that feed into the RMA buckets. The users assigned to this role will use the RMA stock Ledger reports to monitor inventory performance and will derive business decisions from the query results.

The Merchants have access to the RMA Period Report (technically 0RMA_MP01_Q0001) from their role menu. This report delivers the above line and below line items for a specific period, along with various key ratios that measure the performance of the RMA evaluation levels. The merchants also have access to the RMA Administrator Workbench in order to display the RMA parameters on a store and evaluation level.

The merchant’s access to the RMA Administrator Workbench is controlled by authorization profile W_RMA_AWB and its activities display and execute.
