Use

SAP Composite Forms by Adobe are used as an option for form-driven process steps within a composite application. They may be implemented as online or offline forms depending on whether or not a system connection is available. Composite forms offer the following features:

·        Pre-filling, post-processing and validation services

·        Logical criteria

Availability of more than one template to choose from, depending on the particular scenario. For example, logical criteria are used when certain forms need to be available in more than one language.

·        Technical attributes

Categorization of forms based on technical attributes specified in the system.

·        Variable content and size of information

Dynamic forms are used whenever the input to the form is variable in size or content. They also allow interactive user changes.

·        File attachments

Forms may be submitted together with file attachments, for example, text or multimedia.

·        Digital signatures

Forms may be signed with digital certificates to verify user identity.

To be able to use composite forms, you must enable them first using the Visual Administrator tool.
