 Physical Minimum Level

Definition

The physical minimum value represents the quantity of oil that cannot be pumped out of a tank. You can use this information in Supply Network Planning to account for the total quantity of a particular product at a terminal that is not available as supply, because it cannot be pumped out of the tank.

You enter the physical minimum level in the Location view of the product master data record. To do this, in the product master data record select the Extra tab and enter a quantity in the Phys. Minimum field.
