Use
Folders are automatically scheduled for the creation of display formats with this function.
Prerequisites
You have a development system and a consolidation system, whereby
information objects are transported to the consolidation system from the development system.You have installed and configured the services for creating display formats (see SAP Knowledge Warehouse Installation Guidelines).
The services for creating display formats are
ready.The flag Automatic gen. of static help after import is set.
Functionality
There is a check whether the requests contain information objects when the transport requests are imported from the development system to the consolidation system.
If the transport requests contain information objects, there is a check for the folders to which these information objects belong.
The complete contexts for which display formats should be created are obtained from the assignment table.
One export request is created for each folder and context; it is processed according to the processing status and the free processes.
Activities
You set the Automatic gen. of static help after import flag and maintain the assignment table
(LINK) which defines which folders are processed on which NT server.
