Service Fill Monitor and Service Loss Analysis You can use the service fill monitor to determine the proportion of sales orders that were executed on time (service fill) or not executed on time (service loss). The service fill monitor determines the proportion of service fills and the proportion of service losses for planned business processes. The system does not perform service loss analysis for unplanned business processes.
Service loss analysis automatically determines reasons for which a service loss could not be executed on time.
The service fill and service loss results are displayed in the service fill monitor in SAP NetWeaver usage type Business Intelligence (BI system).
