 Business Add-Ins (BAdIs ) for External Procurement

You can use the following Business Add-Ins(BAdIs):

Supply Source Determination

You can use the BAdI /SAPAPO/PWB_SOS to change the data and the sort order of the valid sources of supply identified by the system.

Procurement Relationship
  • Change Procurement and Transportation Lane

    You can use the BAdI /SAPAPO/PWB_TPSRC_IN change the data of the external procurement relationships and the data of the assigned transportation lanes when this data is transferred from your OLTP systemto your SAP APO system.

  • Delete Procurement Relationship

    You can use the BAdI /SAPAPO/PWB_TPSRC_D to implement additional checks during deletion of an external procurement relationship and to delete customer-specific data at the same time as the external procurement relationship.

Movement data
  • Inbound Interface for Movement Data

You can use the BAdI /SAPAPO/DM_PO_MNTN save customer-specific data from the OLTP system to the SAP APO system during inbound processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, confirmations, inbound deliveries and OLTP schedule lines. You can also change the transferred data before it is saved in the liveCache .

  • Change External Procurement Orders Before Writing to the liveCache

You can use the BAdI /SAPAPO/DM_PO_CHANGE you can change the data of the purchase requisition, purchase order, confirmation, inbound delivery, schedule line and planned VMI sales order before it is saved to the liveCache.

  • Change Opening Period and Calendar

You can use the BAdI /SAPAPO/DM_PO_OP_DA2 to change the calendar of the location and the opening period, which the system calls up to calculate the opening date of the purchase requisition and the schedule line.

Compare/Reconcile Function

You can use the BAdI /SAPAPO/CIF_DELTA3 to exclude fields that are taken into account in the compare/reconcile function from this comparison.
