You branch to the Shortage Analysis
application.
This application offers you an initial aggregated overview of critical and potentially critical products. The system only considers location products with planners who are assigned to your user. If the user is a supplier, the system only displays information on location products with a valid external procurement relationship with this supplier.
If you identify any risks in this overview, you can perform more detailed evaluations in other applications. You can for instance access the Supplier Overview
application to analyze distribution of critical and non-critical products between your suppliers.
The system only considers suppliers who are assigned to your user and have an external procurement relationship with the location products described in point 2.
To analyze data on a supplier in more detail, you can select a supplier in the Supplier Overview
and then switch to the Shortage Monitor
. The system displays data for the selected supplier automatically in the Shortage
Monitor
.
The Shortage Monitor
gives you the option of switching to the SPP Cockpit, Product Detail
, Analyst Note
, Alert Monitor
and Advanced Shipping Notification
applications,
where you can perform additional detailed analyses of specific location products. In this case, the system also transfers the data selected.
