Purpose

After installing usage type EP Core for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 or upgrading from NW7.0 SR2 or later, your SAP system includes the following capabilities:

●      Portal Platform

●      Guided Procedures

●      Universal Worklist

If you also installed usage type EP or upgraded from NW04 or NW7.0 pre-SR2, your system includes other portal add-on capabilities, such as knowledge management and collaboration.

This section provides information on how to prepare the following scenario variants for full implementation following installation of the required SAP NetWeaver usage types:

●      Implementing a Federated Portal Network
