Use this window to specify the selection criteria for the report. You can decide which bin locations and which items in the bin locations you want to view in the report.

To access this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Inventory Next navigation step Inventory Reports Next navigation step Bin Location Content List End of the navigation path.

General Area Fields
Bin Location Code From ... To

Specify a range of bin locations that you want to include in the report.

Item No. From ... To

Specify a range of items that you want to include in the report.

Item Group

Select the item groups that you want to include in the report.

Report View

Select the view in which the bin location contents are displayed. You can select one of the following methods:

  • List - Displays the bin location contents in a list view, per bin location, per item

  • Hierarchical - Displays the bin location contents with a hierarchical structure

Column Order

Select the order in which you want the contents to be displayed. You can select one of the following orders:

  • Item Before Warehouse - The Item column is displayed before the Warehouse column. The contents are then display in the order of Start of the navigation path Item Next navigation step Warehouse Next navigation step <sublevel 1> Next navigation step <sublevel 2> Next navigation step <sublevel 3> Next navigation step <sublevel 4> End of the navigation path.

  • Item After Warehouse - The Item column is displayed after the Warehouse column. The contents are then display in the order of Start of the navigation path Warehouse Next navigation step Item Next navigation step <sublevel 1> Next navigation step <sublevel 2> Next navigation step <sublevel 3> Next navigation step <sublevel 4> End of the navigation path.

  • Item After <sublevel 1> - The Item column is displayed after <sublevel 1> column. The contents are then display in the order of Start of the navigation path Warehouse Next navigation step <sublevel 1> Next navigation step Item Next navigation step <sublevel 2> Next navigation step <sublevel 3> Next navigation step <sublevel 4> End of the navigation path.

  • Item After <sublevel 2> - The Item column is displayed after the <sublevel 2> column. The contents are then display in the order of Start of the navigation path Warehouse Next navigation step <sublevel 1> Next navigation step <sublevel 2> Next navigation step Item Next navigation step <sublevel 3> Next navigation step <sublevel 4> End of the navigation path.

  • Item After <sublevel 3> - The Item column is displayed after the <sublevel 3> column. The contents are then display in the order of Start of the navigation path Warehouse Next navigation step <sublevel 1> Next navigation step <sublevel 2> Next navigation step <sublevel 3> Next navigation step Item Next navigation step <sublevel 4> End of the navigation path.

  • Item After <sublevel 4> - The Item column is displayed after the <sublevel 4> column. The contents are then display in the order of Start of the navigation path Warehouse Next navigation step <sublevel 1> Next navigation step <sublevel 2> Next navigation step <sublevel 3> Next navigation step <sublevel 4> Next navigation step Item End of the navigation path.

Default Settings

Choose the pushbutton to clear all selection criteria.

As the system remembers your last selections in this window, you can use the pushbutton to restore the default settings.

Warehouses Tab Fields
Including From ... To, Excluding From ... To

Specify the ranges of warehouses that you want to include in or exclude from the report.

You can select ranges of warehouses from the choose from lists of warehouses which have bin locations enabled.

Sublevel Tab Fields
<Sublevel 1/2/3/4> From ... To

Specify the sublevel codes that represent the physical location of the bins.

You can select a range of sublevel codes from the choose from lists.

Note Note

Only the sublevels you have activated are available.

By default, SAP Business One activates sublevel 1 for you. To activate other warehouse sublevels, go to Bin Location Field Activation Window.

Attributes Tab Fields
<Attribute 1 ... 10> From ... To

The fields are available only if you have activated the bin location attributes. To do so, go to Bin Location Field Activation Window.

Specify the attribute codes of the bin locations you want to include in the report.

You can select a range of attribute codes from the choose from lists.

Batches Tab Fields
Batch Number From ... To

Select a range of batch items that you want to include in the report.

Batch Attribute <1,2> From ... To

To narrow down the batch item range, specify the batch attributes.

Serials Tab Fields
Serial Number From ... To

Select a range of serial items that you want to include in the report.

Lot Number From ... To

To narrow down the serial item range, specify the lot numbers.

Mfr. Serial No. From ... To

To narrow down the serial item range, specify the manufacturer serial numbers.
