Progress

A percentage value that indicates the progress towards completing the step. For example, if a user has spent one hour working on a step with a total planned time of two hours, then the application automatically sets the progress as 50%. If a user has spent four hours working on a step with a total planned time of two hours, and has still not completed the step, then the application automatically sets the progress as 150%. Values greater than 100% indicate that work on a step is behind schedule. However, you can manually enter percentage values to override the automatic values that the application calculates.

The application automatically adjusts the background color of the cells in this column according to the value.

Note Note

If you mark a step as complete, the application automatically sets the value to 100%.
