Users must have appropriate authorizations before they start to use the workflow function. Superusers have full authorization of the workflow function. Authorizations of regular users must be granted by superusers.
User must be predefined in the system.
From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose
. The Authorizations window appears.From the user list on the left side, select the user to whom you want to grant the authorizations.
You can grant authorizations to Workflow windows and to Workflow Template.
To grant the authorizations to Workflow windows, do the following:
In the Subject column, choose
.From the dropdown list in the Authorization column, select the appropriate authorization option for the following windows:
Workflow Manager window
Workflow Instance window
Workflow Worklist window
Workflow Tracking window
To grant authorizations to Workflow Template:
In the Subject column, choose
.From the dropdown list in the Authorization column, select the appropriate authorization option of each workflow template.
Note
Authorization options are as follows:
Full Authorization: the user can display and modify data.
No Authorization: the user has no access to the function.
Choose the Update button to save the changes.
