Inventory Counting by UoM Window 
Use this window to record the counting results by unit of measure.
To access this window, in inventory counting documents, do one of the following:
Right-click the row, and choose Inventory Counting by UoM.
Select the row, and then from the Goto menu, choose Inventory Counting by UoM.
General Table Fields
From the list that displays the existing bar codes defined for the UoM of the counted item, choose a bar code for the selected UoM code. If you choose the bar code first, SAP Business One automatically selects the associated UoM for you in the UoM Code field. |
From the choose from list that displays all the UoMs in the UoM group specified for the item in item master data, choose a UoM code. If you choose the UoM code first, you can choose only from a list of bar codes that are associated to the specific item and the selected UoM code. |
Inventory Items per Unit = Base Qty ÷ Alt.Qty This field displays the calculated value from the group UoM definition of the item. |
One Inventory Counter Fields
Enter the counted quantity in the specified UoM. |
Displays the counted quantity in the inventory UoM. The calculation is: Counted Qty = UoM Counted Qty × Items Per Unit |
Two Inventory Counters Fields
Enter the quantity counted by Counter 1 in the specified UoM. |
Enter the quantity counted by Counter 2 in the specified UoM. |
Enter the quantity counted by Counter 1 in the inventory UoM. The calculation is: Counter 1 Counted Qty = Counter 1 UoM Counted Qty × Items Per Unit |
Enter the quantity counted by Counter 2 in the inventory UoM. The calculation is: Counter 2 Counted Qty = Counter 2 UoM Counted Qty × Items Per Unit |
