You can use branches as basic selection criteria for the following reports:

  • Customer receivables aging reports:   Financials   Financial Reports   Accounting   Aging   Customer Receivables Aging  , or   Business Partners   Business Partner Reports   Aging   Customer Receivables Aging  

  • Vendor liabilities aging reports:   Financials   Financial Reports   Accounting   Aging   Vendor Liabilities Aging  , or   Business Partners   Business Partner Reports   Aging   Vendor Liabilities Aging  .

You can use branches as expanded selection criteria for the following reports:

  • General ledger reports:   Financials   Financial Reports   Accounting   General Ledger  

  • Document journal reports:   Financials   Financial Reports   Accounting   Document Journal  

  • Balance sheets:   Financials   Financial Reports   Financials   Balance Sheet  

  • Trial balance reports:   Financials   Financial Reports   Financials   Trial Balance  

  • Profit and loss statements:   Financials   Financial Reports   Financials   Profit and Loss Statement  

  • Trial balance comparison reports:   Financials   Financial Reports   Comparison   Trial Balance Comparison  

  • Profit and loss statement comparison reports:   Financials   Financial Reports   Comparison   Profit and Loss Statement Comparison  

To use branches as selection criteria for generating reports, proceed as follows:

  1. Open a report selection criteria or expanded selection criteria window.

  2. Choose the button of the Branch field.

  3. In the List of Branches window, select required branches and choose the OK pushbutton.

  4. Proceed to define other selection criteria and generate the report.
