The Inactive Customers report indicates whether a customer is inactive by checking whether or not specific sales documents were created to the customer within a defined period.

Example Example

In your company, if Sales Order was not issued to a customer within the past month, this customer is considered as inactive.

Use this window to specify selection criteria for generating a report that reflects the Inactive Customers in your business.

To open the window, choose   Business Partners   Business Partner Reports   Inactive Customers  .
