Use this window to view detailed information about bin locations.
To access this window, do the following:
From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose
.In the Bin Location List – Selection Criteria window, specify the selection criteria and choose OK.

This topic documents fields and other elements in this window that either are not self-explanatory or require additional information.
Select the bin location row before you proceed with any of the following:
To select multiple rows, press the Shift key on your keyboard while selecting the checkboxes. |
Displays the bin location code. To view the details about the bin locations, open the Bin Location Master Data window by clicking (Link Arrow) to the left of the bin location code. |
Displays the total quantity of items in the bin location. To view the details of the items, open the bin location content list by clicking (Link Arrow) to the left of the quantity. |
Displays how many kinds of items are stored in the bin location. |
Note
The following fields are hidden by default. To make them visible, use Form Settings.
Displays the minimum quantity of items for the bin location. |
Displays the maximum quantity of items for the bin location. If the item quantity in the bin location falls short of the minimum quantity, you can replenish the bin location to the maximum quantity in this report. To do so, choose the Bin Location Transfer pushbutton and select Replenish Bin Locations from the opened list. |
Displays the bin location’s item restriction status as any of the following:

Displays the item or item group to which the bin location is restricted. If there is no item restriction for the bin location, the field is blank. |
Displays the bin location’s batch restriction status as either of the following:

If the bin location is restricted to a single batch, the field displays the batch that is currently stored in the bin location. If there is no batch restriction for the bin location, the field is blank. |
Displays the bin location’s transaction status as any of the following:

Displays the reason for the transaction restrictions of the bin location, if any. |
Displays the reason for the transaction restrictions of the bin location. |
Note The field is blank unless the bin location meets either of the following conditions:
Only in the above situations can the system decide which item to replenish in a bin location. End of the note. Displays the difference between the Item Qty and Minimum Qty as follows: Qty Below Min. = Minimum Qty – Item Qty If the quantity in this field is greater than zero, it means the inventory level in the bin location falls below the minimum. In this case, you can decide whether to replenish the inventory in the bin location. |
Note The field is blank unless the bin location meets either of the following conditions:
Only in the above situations can the system decide which item to replenish in a bin location. End of the note. Displays the difference between the Item Qty and Maximum Qty as follows: Replenishment Qty = Maximum Qty – Item Qty During replenishment, this quantity is used to ensure the inventory in the bin location is replenished to the maximum. |

To use the following three pushbuttons, you must select at least one bin location row.
To view the details about the receipts and issues of inventory in the bin locations, choose the pushbutton to open the inventory posting list. |
