Returning Unused Licenses 
You can return SAP licenses that are no longer in use by asking your partner to post a request in SAP Channel Partner Portal.
Note
This allows the returned licenses to be used, for example, by another subsidiary. It does not entitle you to claim money back for contracted licenses that are still valid.
