This window displays the EU Sales report according to your defined selection criteria.

EU Sales Report Window
Country

The first two characters of the federal tax ID found in the shipping address of the document.

Tax No.

Tax number saved in the sales document, without the first two characters, according to the customer’s shipping address.

Customer Code

Displays the code for the business partner.

Customer Name

Displays the name of the customer.

All EU Sales, Code

Values derived from the tax groups.

Doc. No.

In an expanded display, the document number and symbol.

Example Example

IN 43222 stands for invoice number 43222.

Posting Date, Period, Posting Year

Document date, relevant period number and posting year, in which the document was created.

Document Date

Displays the document date defined for the document or transaction.

Value

Total sales amount not including tax per document.

If the document includes freight (on row level and/or document level), to which EU tax groups have been defined, the value of these freight is added here.

Country-Specific Field: Czech Republic, Denmark, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia
Create File

Generates electronic EU sales report files as follows:

  • In the Denmark and Portugal localizations, choosing the button generates TXT report files.

  • In the Netherlands localization, choosing the button generates the XML report file.

  • In the Czech Republic and Slovakia localizations, choosing the button opens the Electronic EU Sales Report window. After you specify and confirm the information in this window and choose OK, the XML report file is generated and saved at the location you defined.

    Note Note

    The Electronic EU Sales Report Information window contains the following two tabs: Report Specific and Company Specific.

    All the fields on the Company Specific tab are copied from the Electronic Tax Reporting tab or Accounting Data tab in the Company Details window. The fields are not editable. You can edit the fields on the Electronic Tax Reporting tab. For more information, see Company Details, Electronic Tax Reporting Tab: Czech Republic, Netherlands, Slovakia.
